All matter vibrates, including human beings, so when an individual is in good health, they are thought to vibrate at their optimal level. Through the use of specific crystals and placing either strategically on or around the body, blocked energy is dissolved, energy, better known as “chi” is improved, positive energy is channeled in and negative energy is released. This results in a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
All crystals need to be prepared, cleansed and charged for use so their energy is pure and strong. Crystals channel energy and can focus, store and transmit energy which is beneficial during healing, however, the crystals also absorb negative energy and intentions. So its really important that they be cleared of this negative or absorbed energy allowing them to function at their highest vibrational frequency. Clearing a crystal can be done in various ways. Placing on a slab of selenite for several hours, leave exposed overnight to the light of a full moon, smudging with sacred smoke or using Reiki all work well.
Since crystal healing is very individual therapy, your practitioner will also prepare for a session through grounding and centering, reiki cleansing, prayer and/or meditation.
There are many ways to use Crystals. Using alone or in combination with other crystals is common especially during a healing or meditation. Crystals may be placed on one or all 7 of your major chakras to open, center, balance and heal.
Crystal Grids are used to promote healing, well being and transformation. They can be used for almost any purpose. The crystals are carefully chosen and arranged properly on a grid so their energies work in combination with each other amplifying and supporting the healing and intentions invoked.
Crystals are wonderful to use alone or when used in conjunction with Reiki or Healing Touch since they increase the energy and intentions exponentially.
Your practitioner may use some crystals during your Reiki or Healing Touch Sessions. Please let us know if you do not wish to have them used.
It’s a beautiful practice that is simple and easy, doesn’t require any technical skills or supplies. Anyone can derive benefits from meditation regardless of how long you practice for. With meditation, the harder you try the less you succeed. What’s important is to simply relax, breathe and enjoy.
During our sessions, we provide guided meditations that help reinforce positive behavior and facilitate relaxation, tranquility, and healing.
